摘    要:针对精准发酵过程特征气体实时在线监测的需求,采用可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)方法对发酵尾气中CO2进行了检测技术研究,并结合精准发酵工艺特点,研发了一套激光CO2在线监测分析系统,检测量程为0~2%,实现了全量程范围内测量误差小于0.08%,响应时间达到5.46 s。现场试验结果表明,该系统具有较高的灵敏度、稳定性与可靠性,并且使用寿命较长,适用于精准发酵过程特征气体的在线监测。

Abstract:There is a great demand for online monitoring of various characteristic gases in the precision fermentation process. In this paper, based on the tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology, the carbon dioxide monitoring and analysis system was developed for the detection of gases in the precision fermentation process. The measurement range of 0~2% and the response time of 5.46 s were realized. In addition, the measurement error can be lower than 0.08% within the full measurement range. The results of field test demonstrated the advantages of high sensitivity, excellent stability, and reliability of the developed CO2 monitoring system. The CO2 monitoring system based on the TDLAS technology is extremely suitable for in situ characteristic gas monitoring and has great application potential in the precision fermentation process.
