中国地衣一新记录种——卷叶袋衣

摘    要:为认识中国袋衣属地衣物种多样性及开发利用其化学及基因资源,基于形态学和化学方法对袋衣属进行了系统的分类学研究。发现了在中国广泛分布的一袋衣属物种--卷叶袋衣(Hypogymnia incurvoides)。该种的主要特征为地衣体裂片中空,羽状分枝并具唇形粉芽堆,下表面具数量较少的穿孔,髓层含袋衣甾酸(physodalic acid)。此前,该种仅在俄罗斯被发现和报道。因此,本报道首次确认了该种在中国的分布,增加了中国地衣物种的记录,同时更新了卷叶袋衣的世界分布信息。本研究标本保藏在中国科学院微生物研究所菌物标本馆地衣分部(HMAS L)。

Abstract:In order to recognize the species diversity of lichen genus Hypogymnia in China, and to explore its chemical and genetic resources in the near future, systematic taxonomic study on this group based on morphological and chemical methods was carried out. A lichen species, Hypogymnia incurvoides, widely distributed in China, was reported and described in the present paper. It was characterized by hollow and pinnate branched lobes with lip shaped soralia, few holes at lower surface and containing physodalic acid in medulla. Previously, this species has only been found and recorded in Russia. Therefore, this report confirmed its distribution in China for the first time, increased the records of Chinese lichen species, and updated the world distribution information of Hypogymnia incurvoides. The voucher specimens in this study are deposited in the Lichen Section, Herbarium of Mycology, Academia Sinica (HMAS L).
