| 摘 要： | 针对传统统计分析方法处理李克特量表数据的局限性以及量表评语等级的模糊性,采用统计学分析与模糊综合评判相结合的方法分析量表,用因子分析所得方差贡献率作为二级评判的权重向量,既可了解群体的综合态度总分及其分布,又可直观地得出群体态度的归属等级和各等级态度所占比例。通过对应用实例的研究,证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | For improving the deficiency of conventional statistic analytical method to analyze data of Likert scale and(considering) that grade of scale comment is fuzzy,the statistic analysis is combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in analysis to scale,and contribution of variance in factor analysis is used as weight vector in second-order evaluation.(Using) this method not only can obtain total score of the comprehensive attitude and its distributing,but can clearly get the grade that attitude of the community belongs to and the proportion of each attitude grade.Research on a applied example proves the feasibility and validity of this method. |
