| 摘 要： | 本文总结了三类DNA分子标记：(1)以Southern杂交为基础的分子标记；(2)以PCR为基础的分子标记；(3)以串连重复的DNA序列为基础的分子标记。综述了这几类分子标记在作物品种鉴定与绘制指纹图谱，基因定位与辅助选择育种，杂种优势群的划分与杂种优势的预测和细胞学研究等方面中的应用现状。

| Abstract: | This paper summarized three kinds of DNA molecular markers:(1)molecular marker based on Southern hybridization;(2)molecular marker based on PCR;(3)molecular marker based on repeat sequence.It also summarized these kinds of molecular markers' application in crops cultivars identification and fingerprinting, gene location and assisted selection breeding,division of heterotic groups and heterosis prediction and cytological studies. |
