摘    要:本文在测定有机质含量的臭氧氧化发光实验平台的基础上,验证了反应方程,建立了根据臭氧氧化发光特征估算有机质组成的模型。实验表明,臭氧氧化发光法能够测定植物和土壤的有机质组成。相比传统方法,该方法快速、无污染,应用价值较大。

Abstract:We verified the reaction equation and constructed a model to estimate organic matter composition by chemiluminescence characteristic based on the platform of ozonation chemiluminescence of determining organic matter concentrations. Experimental results show that ozonation chemiluminescence can determine the organic matter compositions of plant and soil. Compared with the traditional method, ozonation chemiluminescence has such positive characteristic as rapidity and no pollution. It therefore has some application value in ecology.
