摘    要:介绍了利用工业废盐酸与硫酸渣制备三氯化铁的工艺,试验结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,即液固比3∶1,浸出时间60min,矿物粒度0.18mm时,可使铁的浸出率达到79.67%。实验证明该工艺具有试验设备简易,工艺流程短,技术可靠的优点。

Experimental study on preparation of iron trichloride with sulfuric acid residue and discard hydrochloric acid

Abstract:This paper introduced the technics on preparation of iron trichloride purifying agent with sulfuric acid residue and discard hydrochloric acid.Experimental results show that when the liquid-solid ratio is 3:1,the granularity is 0.18mm with the reaction time is 60 min,the leaching rate of iron is up to 79.67%.This technique is characterized by a simple experimental equipment,a brief craftwork flow and a reliable technique.
