贵阳市能源消费、碳排放量及其与经济增长关系的研究

以低能耗、低物耗、低排放、低污染为特征的低碳经济是未来经济发展的选择,其中,能源消费、碳排放与经济增长关系则是"低碳经济"的一个核心内容。贵阳市是一个资源型城市,长期以来以煤炭为主的能源消费结构,将导致以CO2为主的温室气体排放量的增加。本文根据2000年以来贵阳能源消费数据,对其碳排放量和碳排放强度进行测算,分析经济发展过程中碳排放的规律以及碳排放与经济发展之间的关系,以期能从理论上对以后的研究工作提供科学的基础资料;在实践中能为决策者制定有效的低碳经济发展战略提供重要的参考依据。

The relationship between energy consumption and carbon emission with economic growth in Guiyang

The characteristics of low energy consumption,low material consumption,low emission,and low pollution is the choice of low-carbon economy in the future.Among them,the relationship between carbon emissions and economic growth,energy consumption is ＂a core of low carbon economy＂.Guiyang is a resource-based cities,For a long time,the coal-dominated energy consumption structure will lead to an increase in greenhouse gas emissions based on CO2.In order to provide the basic data for the future research work in scientific theory,and provide important reference for the decision-makers formulate effective development strategy on low carbon economy in practice.Based on energy consumption data in Guiyang since 2000,the paper estimates carbon emissions and its intensity,and analyzes the relationship between economic growth and carbon emission.
