梵净山自然保护区参与式农村评估(PRA)调查

文章利用参与式评估 (PRA)的调查方法 ,了解梵净山基层管理站对社区和自然资源的管理。通过对处保护区核心区、缓冲区及旅游区社区的调查 ,了解保护区周边社区的社会、经济、文化状况及他们与保护区的关系 ,并在此基础上提出解决问题的办法 ,最终推动社区的可持续发展与自然保护相结合的目标

Participatory rural- appraisal (PRA) survey on Fanjingshan Nature Reserve

The PRA survey was carred out with a multidisciplinary investigative group, using participatory methods and PRA tools. The purpose was to investigate how the basic administrative organs(Heiwan administrative headquarters and Minxiao administrative headquarters) managed the communities and natural resources and investigated several villages. These studied villages include Dingjiaping in the tourism zone,Liuguping in the buffer zone of the resreve, Aijiaba and Panxi which lie in the border of the tourism zone, Dahebian, etc. These villages, key areas, and bufferareas are very poor and remote and have limited access to information, up-to-date agricultural techniques, and education. This area is rich in natural resources but the estabilishment of reserve has limited the economic development of local communities amd their use of natural resources. Several suggestions to promote sustainable development and nature protecion in rural communities are presented in this article.
