摘    要:对月季 (Roeschinensis)、香石竹 (Dianthuecaryophllus)、鱼腥草 (Houttuyniacordata)组织培养中几种常用消毒剂Ca(ClO) 2 、HgCl2 、CH3 CH2 OH、H2 O2 、漂白粉 (饱和溶液 )的运用进行了比较研究 ,结果表明 :0 1%HgCl2 消毒效果最好 ,污染率较低 ,但成活率也较低 ;用地下茎作材料进行组织培养时 ,75 %CH3 CH2 OH配合 0 1%HgCl2 效果较好

Abstract:This article compares the use of different disinfectants, Ca(CIO) 2,HgCI 2,H 2O 2, alcohol and saturate bleaching powder solution in tissue culture of Roes chinensis,Dianthue caryophllus and Houttuynia cordata. It has showed the disinfection effect of 0.1?% HgCl 2 is the best as the plan pollution rate is low. However, the survival rate is also low. When the underground stems are taken as tissue culture's material,it is more effective to use the 0.1% HgCl 2 with 10?% alcohol.
