大体积混凝土施工裂缝控制技术

摘    要:分析研究了大体积混凝土裂缝的成因,提出了优选混凝土原材料、降低水泥水化热、减小混凝土收缩变形;削减温度应力,提高混凝土极限拉伸强度;降低混凝土骨料温度、入模温度、浇筑温度,加强测温工作控制内外温差;掺外加剂和外掺料,主动控制混凝土绝热温升等施工防裂技术措施,结合工程实例探讨了大体积混凝土施工裂缝控制技术。

Abstract:This paper studies generation reason of deformation cracks in large bulk concrete and puts forward crack control technical measures,for example,optimizing the raw and processed materials of concrete;reducing cement's hydration heat,concrete's dry shrinkage and temperature stress;enhancing the critical tensile strength of concrete;lowering the temperature of the concrete aggregate,modeling and depositing as well;strengthening temperature monitor and controling interior and exterior temperature differences;mixing with admixture and actively controling the adiabatic temperature rise of the concrete.Besides,this paper also combines with an actual project and probes into large bulk concrete's constructional cracks control.
