摘    要:目的建立黑骨藤药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:黒骨藤经不同方法提取后,分别以:1)石油醚-三氯甲烷(1∶1.5);2)三氯甲烷-甲醇(25∶1)为展开剂,对黒骨藤中β-香树酯醇乙酸酯,β-香树酯醇,滇杠柳苷元A,27-羟基-α-香树酯醇进行薄层鉴别。结果:薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,能有效鉴别黒骨藤中β-香树酯醇乙酸酯,β-香树酯醇,27-羟基-α-香树酯醇,滇杠柳苷元A。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method of Thin Layer Chromatography(TLC) identification for Periploca forrestii Schltr.Methods:1.Petroleum ether-chloroform(1∶1.5);2.Chloroform-methyl alcohol(25∶1) as developing solvent and identification by TLC for β-amyrin acetate,β-amyrin,periplogenin A,27-hydroxy-α-amyrin in Periploca forrestii Schltr.Result: The spots of TLC distinction were fairly clear which could distinguish effectively β-amyrin acetate,β-amyrin,27-hydroxy-α-amyrin and periplogenin A in Periploca forrestii Schltr.
