| 摘 要： | 通过薄层色谱法从废烟叶的提取物中分离提纯茄尼醇 ,并以库仑滴定法测定茄尼醇含量。探寻了实验中影响实验结果的诸多因素 ,找到了最佳的测量条件 ,该方法简单 ,操作易掌握 ,不需要标准溶液 ,不需要昂贵仪器。

| Abstract: | This paper is about the experience separating and pu ri fying solanesol from the matter distilled from the waste tobacco leaf during making use of thin-layer chromatography and measuring the solanesol's content by coulomb's titrimeteric method. The paper studies a mumb er of phonemes in the experience which affect the result of the experience and finds out the best measuring conditions. This kind of method is easy to master without standard solution and expensive instruments. |
