5种苔藓植物水提液对黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:为研究苔藓植物对作物种子萌发及幼苗生理特性的影响,以弯叶白发藓(Leucobryum aduncum)、灰羽藓(Thuidium glaucinum)、脆叶锦叶藓(D icranoloma fragile)、短叶剪叶苔(Herbertus sendtneri)和透明叶苔(Junger-mannia hyalina)不同浓度的水提液培养黄瓜种子,测定了5种苔藓植物水提液对黄瓜种子萌发率、幼苗根和芽的生长量与鲜重、叶绿素、可溶性糖的含量等指标的影响。结果表明:5种苔藓水提液在一定浓度下可不同程度地促进黄瓜幼苗根和芽的生长,短叶剪叶苔能够提高黄瓜幼苗叶绿素的含量,灰羽藓、脆叶锦叶藓、短叶剪叶苔和透明叶苔可提高黄瓜幼苗可溶性糖的含量。

Abstract:Effects of extracting liquor form five species of bryophytes on seed germination,seeding growth and physiological characteristics of cucumber seeds were investigated.Different concentration of the aqueous extraction of Leucobryum aduncum,Thuidium glaucinum,Dicranoloma fragile,Herbertus sendtneri,Jungermannia hyaline were used to culture cucumber seeds,and the indices including the germinating rate,weight of seedling and radicle,as well as the growth,the chlorophyll content and the content of soluble sugar were determined.The results showed that in some consistency the extracting liquor of the five species have promoted the growth of the radicle and the plumule in various degree.The extracting liquor of Herbertus sendtneri could promote the chlorophyll content.The extracting liquor of Thuidium glaucinum,Herbertus sendtneri,Jungermannia hyalina,Dicranoloma fragile could promote the content of soluble sugar.
