数控车床径向跳动影响因素分析

摘    要:对于精度要求很高的零件工件径向跳动是一个重要因素。通过对衬套批量加工中的零件设定不同的参数,来分析卡盘夹紧力,主轴转速及刀具磨损对零件径向跳动的影响。通过不同参数设定下数据的测量分析,得到对径向跳动影响较大的因素,用最小二乘法拟合出此因素与跳动的关系。针对主轴影响因素,分析了径向跳动的原理,通过工艺改进,径向跳动保证的情况下,提高了主轴转速,实现了生产效率的提高。

Abstract:The radial runout is an important factor for high precision component parts. A group of liner processed by Haas ST-10 CNC lathe will be setting different parameters on the batch processing parts to analyze the clamping force,spindle speed and effect of tool wear on parts of radial runout. Analysis of measurement data by different parameter settings,obtain the influence factors on the radial,and using the method of least squares fitting out the relationship between the factors and the beating,get the most optimal solution of the production and processing,reduce the radial parts processing.
