| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了基于BP神经网络的单位员工绩效评估模型,再通过遗传算法对BP神经网络的参数进行优化,提高了BP神经网络算法进行绩效评估的精度和效率。最后通过实证分析证明了此算法在单位员工绩效评估中的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the employee performance appraisal model based on BP neural network.Then optimizes the parameters of BP neural network by genetic algorithm to improve the accuracy and efficiency of performance appraisal.Through concrete example proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this algorithm in performance appraisal. |
