| 摘 要： | 青阳参是民间传统药材,其主要有效成分为C21甾体类化合物。本文综述了青阳参中C21甾体类化合物的结构类型与常见化合物,对其苷元骨架的13C NMR谱、糖基的13C NMR和1H NMR谱数据进行了归纳总结,分析了不同结构类型和不同取代基的C21甾体化合物的核磁共振谱学数据特征,并对C21甾体苷中常见糖的甲基苷的碳谱数据进行了分析总结。

| Abstract: | Qingyangshen is a traditional folk medicine,of which the active ingridients are the C21 steroidal glycosides.The structure types and common chemicals were reviewed.13C NMR data for aglycone moieties,13C NMR data and 1H NMR data for sugar moieties were summarized.Analyzing NMR spectroscopic data for C21 steroids of different structure types with different substituents,the NMR spectroscopic characteristics were obtained.In addition,13C NMR data for methyl glycosides of the common sugars were analyzed and summarized. |
