摘    要:目的:以微波干燥技术探索刺梨炮制方法,并建立刺梨炮制品中维生素c的RP—HPLC含量测定方法。方法:以1%偏磷酸为提取溶剂,分析柱为迪马C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5um),检测波长245nm,柱温:30℃;为流动相:0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾-甲醇(97:3),流速1.0mL/min。结果:在79.24ug/m...

Abstract:Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of Vitamin C in the processed Roda roxburghii Tratt. Methods: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Based on 1% partial phosphoric acid for extraction solvent , DiamonsilC-18 analytic chromatographic column (4. 6mm × 250mm, 5 um) ; The wavelength for detection was 245 nm; column temperature : 30℃ ; The mobile phase consisted of 0. 1mol/L KH2PO4-methanol (97:3), the follow rate was 1.0mL/ min. Results : The linearity of the calibration curve was good over the range of 79.24ug/mL - 396.2g/ mL,the regression equation obtained was y =2 871 018. 141 7 - 18 443. 142 9 ,r =0. 999 9. the average recovery was 2. 775 %, with RSD of 2. 775 % (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is sensitive, quick and accurate for the quality control of Rosa roxburghii Tratt.
