喀斯特峡谷区干灾害成因初探与对策——以花江顶坛小流域为例

摘    要:以中国南方喀斯特地区具有代表性的贵州为例,选取花江石漠化综合治理示范区顶坛小流域为例,以2009年和2011年这两个极端干旱气候年份的数据为基础,分析喀斯特脆弱生态区在实施石漠化综合治理工程后在应对极端干旱气候下工程性水利建设下的应急调控能力。结果指出示范区现有水利工程不够科学合理,难以保障该石漠化区在干旱灾害时的用水需求;应对干旱极端气候下工程性保障手段不足,水利设施的不配套会加剧石漠化的演替;水资源的科学合理开发与利用成为关键问题。根据喀斯特峡谷区地表水资源丰富这一特点,用管路将现有水池水窖进行连接形成管网状微型水利系统,并对北盘江这一地表河流的水进行逐级抽提,保障干旱灾害发生时的应急能力从而降低抗旱资金投入。

Abstract:The study is based an the representative Guizhou of the South China Karst,it is selected the Dingtan small watershed of Huajiang desertification comprehensive treatment demonstration area as an example.Based on the extreme arid climate data of 2009 and 2011 two years,analyzing the fragile karst ecological region emergency control ability under engineering water conservancy construction and in response to extreme arid climate after the implementation of desertification comprehensive treatment project.Results pointed out that the existing water conservancy construction of the demonstration area is not enough scientific and reasonable,it is difficult to protect the water demand of the region in the event of a drought disaster;-engineering support means in response to the extreme weather drought,water conservancy facilities,supporting not exacerbate the evolution of rocky desertificationbehalf,Desertification Region,water resources,scientific and reasonable development and utilization of key issues.Existing pool water cellars abundant surface water resources in karst gorge area,with a pipeline to connect a pipe network for micro water systems and the Beipanjiang surface river water to the gradual extraction protection drought emergency response capacity to disasters to reduce drought funding.
