贵州少数民族大学生拖沓行为与成就动机的关系研究

选取354名贵州少数民族大学生为调查对象,采用"拖沓问卷"和"成就动机量表",考察少数民族大学生拖沓行为的性别差异、年级差异以及拖沓行为和成就动机之间的关系。结果表明:少数民族大学生在优柔寡断、自我否定、自卑维度和拖沓总分上女生得分显著高于男生;少数民族大学生在行为迟滞、责任心缺乏、自我否定和拖沓总分上存在显著年级差异;拖沓维度中的责任心缺乏、自我否定、自卑和时间管理缺乏与追求成功动机之间呈显著负相关,优柔寡断和焦虑与追求成功动机之间呈显著正相关;责任心缺乏与避免失败动机呈显著负相关,而拖沓的其它维度与避免失败动机之间呈显著正相关;责任心缺乏和时间管理缺乏对追求成功的动机具有明显的预测作用,自我否定、行为迟滞和责任心缺乏对避免失败的动机显著影响力。

Research on the selationship between procrastination and achievement motivation of ethnic minorities college students in Guizhou

This research that used questionnaire of procrastination and achievement motivation scale investigated 354 ethnic minorities college students,focusing on the relationship between them.the results showed: in the terms of indecision,self-denial,inferiority and total score of prastination,female students had significantly higher scores than male students;Significant difference on Hysteresis behavior,Lack of responsibility,self-denial and total score of procrastination dimension were found in different grades;notable positive correlations were found in demensions of indecision and anxiety with motives of seeking success,and significant negatives correlations were found in dimensions of lack of responsibility,self-denial,inferiority and Lack of time management;significant negatives correlations were found in dimension of Lack of time management with motives of avoiding defeat.while other dimentions of procrastination has notable positive correlations with it;lack of responsibility and lack of time management had significant prediction and influence on college students motives of seeking success,but self-denial,hysteresis behavior and lack of responsibility had significant influence on motives of avoiding defeat.
