| 摘 要： | 一些著名的自然灾害、人为灾害发生地已被人类开发为旅游地,另一些有潜力但目前尚未开发的可视为潜在的旅游资源。开发灾害旅游项目既可丰富旅游活动内容,还可以变“害”为“宝”;另一方面,由于各种原因,人们在旅游过程中也会引发各种灾害事故的发生,找出旅游灾害发生的条件、规律,制定防灾措施及灾后赔偿处罚条款等是旅游灾害的研究对象
