| 摘 要： | 用GC/MS方法 ,对云南拟单性木兰 (ParakmeriayunnanensisHu)精油进行了定性定量分析 ,鉴定出 37个化合物。其主要成分为α 蒎烯 (4 98% )、β 蒎烯 (18 5 6 % )、月桂烯 (7 5 2 % )、α 水芹烯 (2 6 1% )、对聚伞花素(1 5 6 % )、柠檬烯 (3 0 3% )、1,8 桉叶素 (4 40 % )、芳樟醇 (7 92 % )、松油 4 醇 (1 76 % )、香叶醇 (3 16 % )、β 石竹烯 (5 98% )、α 石竹烯 (3 2 2 % )、δ 杜松烯 (3 5 9% )等 ,这些成分多为药用有效成分

| Abstract: | The essential oil of Parakmeria yannanensis Hu hasbeen analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by the way of GC/MS and that 37 compounds have been identified. The main compounds are α pinene(4 98%)、β pinene (18 56%)、Myrcene (7 52%)、α phellandrene (2 61%)、Para cymene(1 56%)、Limonene (3 03%)、1,8 cineloe(4 40%)、Linalool(7 92%)、4 terpineol(1 76%)、Geraniol(3 16%)、β caryophyllene (5 98%)、α-caryophyllene (3 22%)、δ cadinene(3 59%).The compounds are medicinal active compounds for most. |
