摘    要:目的:建立杠板归药材的聚酰胺薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法:杠板归经不同提取方法提取后,以甲醇∶甲酸(100∶2)为展开剂,对杠板归中的槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸进行聚酰胺薄层鉴别.结果:薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,能够有效鉴别杠板归中的槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸.结论:本法操作简便,稳定,专属性强,可有效鉴别杠板归...

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method of Polyamide Thin Layer Chromatography(TLC) identification for Polygonum perfoliatum L..Methods:Polyamide TLC identification and analysis was studied on the various extractions by different solvents,TLC systems was performed for identifying Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide by:methyl alcohol-methanoic acid(100∶2).Results:The TLC spots were fairly clear and it can distinguish Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucuronide effectively.Conclusion: The method is simple,stable,and specificity and effective for the identification of Polygonum perfoliatum L.,and can be used to control the quality of Polygonum perfoliatum L.
