桑叶黄酮化合物的大孔树脂的纯化工艺

摘    要:目的:研究桑叶黄酮的纯化工艺,通过正交实验获得最佳纯化方案。方法:通过单因素实验筛选最佳大孔树脂,并对纯化有显著影响的因素进行正交实验,获得最佳纯化方案。结果:选取1号树脂可以达到最佳纯化目的,且最佳纯化方案:浓度70%消耗量35mL流速3mL/min。结论:选用1号树脂进行黄酮纯化是可行的,大孔树脂在确定的因素下可以达到最佳纯化作用。

Abstract:The paper researches purificition technique of mulberry leaf's flavonoid composition and the main factors of the purificition by experiment.Methods:On the basis of single factor,the paper does experiments by researching factors which have important influence and include the best purificition method of mulberry leaf's flavonoid composition.Results:Acquiring the best purificition macroeticular and technique of mulberry leaf's flavonoid composition by 70% of concentration,35mL of consumption,3ml/min of flow velocity.Conclusions: It is viable to get the best method of mulberry leaf's flavonoid by experiment,and it can attain the best purificition by macroeticular resins 1
