β-环糊精在复方姜黄片制剂工艺中的应用

摘    要:通过正交实验法,优选出最佳包合工艺为姜黄提取物与β-环糊精投料比为1∶4,使用20%的乙醇溶液为溶媒,30℃下搅拌1.5h。经高效液相法测定,此工艺可以减少姜黄素在制剂工艺过程中的损失。

Abstract:The study was carried out with orthogonal design.The optimun preparation conditions for inclusion as extractive : β-CD was 1∶4.The inclusion temperature was 30℃ and time was 1.5h.The consistence of ethanol is 20%.HPLC is used.The technics can reduce the loss of curcumin in preparation process.
