贵州紫云县区域贫困及其形成原因分析

紫云县是国家扶持贵州的26个贫困县之一，地处麻山极贫地区腹地的偏远位置，加上喀斯特发育、封闭性强、土层脊薄、旱涝灾害频繁、生态环境脆弱，以及少数民族集中、经济结构单一等原因，使该县农村贫困面大，贫困程度深，基础设施落后，人畜饮水困难，人口素质低，科技文化落后，集老、少、边、穷为一体，是贵州省内喀斯特脆弱生态环境条件下区域贫困的典型代表，也是省内少数只能通过环境移民才能根本消除贫困的县域之一。

ANALYSIS ON THE REGIONAL POVERTY AND GENETIC FACTORS OF THE ZIYUN COUNTY, GUIZHOU PROVINCE

Due to its margional and heart locations of poverty areas of the Mashan Re-gion, the Ziyun is one of 26 poverty counties needing help from the state in Guizhou Province.With developed karst, closed environments, thin and poor soil covers, frequent droughts andfloods, fragile eco-envirqnments, concentrated minority people and the unique economical struc-tures, the county is characterized by great extent and high degree of rural poverty, poor basic fa-cilities, difficult drinking water supply, lower level of human quality, underdeveloped science,technology and culture. lt is an area with old, minority, marginal and poor features. As a result,this county is a sample of regional poverty in the fragile karst eco-environment of Guizhou, and al-so one of only several counties in which environmental migration must take out for basic povertyalleviation.
