高分辨率频标比对改进及分析

摘    要:高分辨率频标比对器广泛用于各种频标的比对中.通常这类设备的构成比较复杂,对线路器件的要求也很高.本文所述的频标比对器采用了全数字化的相位重合检测结构,在器件的开关速度和检测的分辨率很有限的情况下,利用了频标比对情况下频率信号间相位单调变化特征和器件的稳定性实现了很高的检测分辨率.与以往电路系统相比,新方案具有测量精度高,电路结构简单,成本低廉以及能够使系统稳定性得到提高的优点.测量的稳定度可以达到10-12/s量级.

Abstract:High- resolution frequency standard comparison instrument is widely used in a variety of frequency standard comparison. Usually the composition of this type of equipment is very complex and the requirement of devices is high. Frequency standard comparison circuit described in this arti- cle uses an all - digital phase coincidence detection structure. With limited switching speed of the device and detection resolution, a high detection resolution is achieved by using the monotonic varia- tion of phase frequency signals and device stability in frequency standard comparison. Compared with the traditional circuit, the new one has the advantages of high measuring precision, simple cir- cuit structure, low cost and improved system stability. The stability of the measurement can reach 10-12/s order.
