青海湖中低温菌的分离及生化测定

摘    要:采用平板涂布法和划线分离法对青海湖水样进行了初步的分离纯化,筛选出可培养低温微生物14株,其中细菌9株,真菌3株,放线菌2株;经过初步的分类有8个耐冷菌和6个嗜冷菌;而且其中有不少产低温淀粉酶、脂酶、蛋白酶和氨基酸脱羧酶的有用微生物。

Abstract:Fourteen cold-adapted-strains were isolated from Qinghai lake through spread plate method and line separation. They are nine bacterias, three fungi and two actinomycetes,which are eight halo- philes and six psychrophiles. Some of them are advantaged microorganisms producing lipase, protease, hypothermia amylase and amino acid decarboxylase.
