高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性物质对大鼠组织脂肪酸的影响

摘    要:为了探讨高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性物质的抗缺氧机制,将20只SD大鼠随机分为高剂量组、低剂量组和对照组,分别给予10%和1%高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性物质以及蒸馏水20g/(kg·d),连续15d。试验结束后,取各组动物的骨骼肌、心肌和肝组织,提取其中脂肪酸,用气相色谱和气相色谱-质谱联用分析各组织脂肪酸含量。结果发现,高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性物质能显著提高SD大鼠骨骼肌和肝组织中不饱和脂肪酸的含量,但对心肌组织中不饱和脂肪酸具有降低作用。

Abstract:To explore the anti-hypoxic mechanism of the fat-soluble component in skeleton muscle of plateau zokor , twenly SD rats were randomly divided into three groups including high dose group, low dose group and control group. The SD rats in high dose group, low dose group and control group were fed with 10%FSC, 1%FSC and distilled water which was given orall in a does of 20 mL/kg daily during the period of 15 d , respectively .After finished the treatment, the skeleton muscle, heart muscle and liver ,of every animal were harvested, the fatty acids were abstracted from these tissues, and the content of fatty acid ingredients in three tissnes were analyzed by gas chromotography and gas chromotography-mass spectrometry. The results indicated that FSC increased obviously the contents of the unsaturated fatty acid in skele ton muscle and liver of the experimental SD rats, but decreased the contents of the unsaturated fatty acid in heart muscle.
