摘    要:针对某重型卧式车床主轴下沉问题,基于Ansys软件对其主轴系建立了有限元模型,对主轴系静态性能进行了分析.仿真结果与实际测量相近,主轴下沉约为0.35 mm;根据仿真结果分析了引起主轴下沉的原因并提出了改进方法,为重型卧式车床设计和改进提供了可靠的理论依据.

Abstract:In order to look for the reason of a main shaft sinkage in a heavy-duty horizontal lath,a finite element model for the lath's main shaft system is established based on ANSYS.Using the model,the static property of the main shaft system is analyzed too.The result shows that the sinkage value is about 0.35 mm,close to the real measured value.The reason caused the main shaft sinkage is analyzed and some improving measures to prevent the main shaft from sinking are put forward too.
