| 摘 要： | 香菇多糖通过非特异性地激发和增强机体的免疫功能,使机体产生抗肿瘤免疫应答,从而控制和杀灭肿瘤细胞。文中从香菇多糖抗肿瘤作用机理及其临床应用两方面进行了综述,并指出香菇多糖的临床应用存在的药物过敏问题。
