| 摘 要： | 共轭亚油酸(CLA)是一类双键位置和顺反构型不同的亚油酸的同分异构体,具有多种生物活性。应用紫外光谱法对西宁市售鲜牛奶和西宁、外地袋装纯牛奶中CLA含量进行测定。结果表明:所测产品中CLA含量在8.775±0.067~15.474±0.11 mg/g之间,西宁本地产鲜牛奶比西宁和外地产袋装纯牛奶CLA含量高,经方差分析差异显著(P<0.05)。常食用牛奶特别是西宁所售鲜牛奶可补充人体所需CLA。

| Abstract: | Conjugated linoleic acid(CLA),a collective term that describes isomers of linoleic acid(LA) having positional conjugated double bonds and cis/trans configuration,shows multiple biological effects.CLA in pure milk with bags in Xining and other provinces and fresh milk in Xining were determined with UV.The results showed that the CLA content in a variety of products between 8.775±0.067~15.474±0.11 mg/g.the same time,can be found that there is more CLA in the fresh milk in Xining than pure milk with bags in Xi... |
