| 摘 要： | 为了研究藏雪莲水提取物的抗氧化作用,将100只小白鼠随机分为高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和对照组,连续24 d分别灌服不同剂量的藏雪莲水提取物和生理盐水,测定肝、肺、心肌和骨骼肌内T-SOD活性和MDA的含量。结果发现藏雪莲水提取物能提高肝、心肌、骨骼肌中T-SOD活性,从而降低MDA的含量,说明藏雪莲水提取物具有较高的抗氧化作用。

| Abstract: | Tibetan Saussurea water extract was applied to study the anti-oxidizing effects in mice.100 mice were divided into high-dose group,middle dose group,low-dose group and the control group randomly.The test groups were poured with different doses of Tibetan Saussurea water extract and physiological saline for 24 days.The activity of T-SOD and concentroction of MDA in liver,lung,cardiac musscle and skelet muscle were determined.The results indicated that Tibetan Saussurea extract water could enhance the activit... |
