西宁市交通问题及对策研究

依托西宁市总体规划的道路流量模拟数据与国内同等规模、形态城市在居民出行的频数、目的、时间分布、方式结构等方面的比较，揭示了西宁市作为带状城市流量流向集中、供需矛盾突出的交通特点，得出高原环境下居民出行依赖机动化的结论，进一步对城市交通的发展做出了预测：出行距离增长、目的多样化、出行方式向私人机动车转化。在西宁市的道路建设、公共交通发展和车辆拥有政策等方面提出了对策和建议。

Research on transportation characteristics and improving suggestion of Xining city

The transportation policy and mode of Xining city should be made in accordance with its city characteristics and developmental conditions.Based on the traffic volume forecast deriving from the Xining master planning and a study that contrasts person trip characteristics to another cities,this paper points out that the supply and demand confliction of Xining city,in which a linear city is serious,and citizens living in an altiplano climate more largely depend on motorized travel modes.Some travel trends are also indicated here,such as longer trip distance,more diversiform trip purpose and larger proportion of motor vehicle trips.Lastly,some improving suggestions are raised concerning road construction,transit development and vehicls owning policies.
