| 摘 要： | 在实验室条件下,利用根田鼠1~70日龄体长、尾长、后足长、耳长以及毛长等身体生长发育的主要参数,分析其身体大小生长发育的基本规律,目的在于揭示根田鼠的次级生产过程。结果表明,根田鼠1~70日龄身体上述指标随发育时间呈多项式方式增长,决定系数(R2)均>0.9。各指标在33日龄后保持稳定,表明此阶段是根田鼠性器官发育的起始点。

| Abstract: | The parameters of growth and development,body length,tail length,hind foot length,ear length,and hair length of root voles(Microtus oeconomus) 1-70 d were measured under laboratory condition.The basic regulation of growth and development were analyzed.The aims were to explore the process of secondary production of root voles.The results as follows: those parameters were increased with developmental stage and followed muitinomial equations,all determination coefficients(R2)were greater than> 0.9.These parameters of body size were stable after 33 d.which suggested the phase was deve-lopmental beginning of sexual organs of M.oeconomus. |
