| 摘 要： | 针对某钢筋混凝土筏形基础底板以及圈梁腐蚀溃酥的事故，提出了基础大修的方案，并成功地进行了大修更新，为在复杂地质状况下的整幢楼房基础大修补积累了经验。

| Abstract: | The paper puts forward a heavy repair scheme for a residence building s foundation of which the ferroconcrete raft base and girth being found corrosing and breaking. This scheme is successful in practice and produces a experience for the whole building foundation' s heavy repair on the complex geological condition. |
