铝电解槽过热度的控制

摘    要:通过对电解温度的分析,指出降低电解质的过热度可以较大幅度地提高电流效率、降低能耗,使电解槽高效率低能耗地运行.

Abstract:By analyzing the temperature during the electrolysis process, this paper points out that improving electric current efficiency and reducing energy consumption can be realized by lowering the overheated temperature of the electrolysis cell and this can make the electrolysis cell run under high efficiency and lower energy consumption.
