| 摘 要： | 以1998-2007年的统计数据为基础,利用灰色关联理论,对我国财政支出与社会公平之间的关系进行分析,结果表明:从社会公平的角度来看,为体现财政支出的价值取向,当前首先是要搞好与社会公平关联度最高的住房保障,其次是卫生和教育,最后是社会保障和就业。同时,政府财政资金的投入应向贫困地区、弱势群体倾斜。
