| 摘 要： | 建设和谐图书馆是高校和谐校园建设的重要方面。构建高校和谐图书馆，需要做到：人性化的建筑设计与优雅的环境相结合，科学的馆内布局和合理的资源配置相结合，培育团队精神与注重个性化发展相结合，科学的规章制度与柔性管理相结合，服务创新与和谐互动相结合。
