| 摘 要： | 网络技术的广泛使用,使网站争夺用户的竞争愈演愈烈,用户的浏览兴趣、行为模式是网站设计的导向标.对Web使用挖掘的数据收集与预处理技术、模式发现与模式分析技术的理论和方法进行了梳理以及Web使用挖掘在电子商务中的应用,并对Web使用挖掘研究中存在的问题做了一些探讨.
