电液位置伺服系统最少拍控制应用研究

摘    要:阀控式电液位置伺服系统是液压伺服控制系统中应用较为广泛的一种,而传统的模拟控制存在着结构复杂、功率密度低和控制策略机械等弊端.针对上述弊端,并结合电液位置伺服控制系统惯性大,要求控制精度高等特点,本文在对其进行分析、简化、数学建模的基础上,直接运用最少拍控制理论对其进行了离散化设计,得到了最少拍数字控制器,并以阶跃输入作为典型输入信号进行了实验验证.结果表明,实现了对电液位置伺服系统的实时监控,并且简化了结构,提高了控制的可靠性和灵活性。

Abstract:s:Valve-controlled electricity-hydraulic position servo system is one of the widely used system in hydraulic servo control.However, the traditional analog control has some defects,such as complex structure, low power density and mechanical control strategy, etc. Aim at the listed defects and the character of electricity-hydraulic position servo system which has great inertia and requires high control precision, the paper analyses and simplifies the system, gained its mathematic model. Based on the model,we use dead-beat control theory to design it directly, the digital controller with least beats is got. Via the experiment with step input as typical signal, we get the result that the controller not only realised the expectant control purpose but also simplified structure, enhanced reliability and flexibility.
