摘    要:以大岩桐(Sinningia hybrida Hort.)叶柄为外植体,通过2次灭菌后进行组织培养,适宜条件为(1)诱导培养基为MS+BA2.0mg/L;(2)继代和增殖培养基为MS+BA1.0mg/L NAA0.5mg/L;(3)生根培养基为MS+NAA0.2mg/L或MS+IBA0.5mg/L,大岩桐在适合的栽培条件下生长良好,具有很强的观赏性。

Abstract:Leaf stalks of Sinningia hybrida Hort.was sterilzed twice and used as tissue culture explants. The most appropriate media in culture stages are as follows:(1)MS BA 2.0 mg/L for germination, (2)MS BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.5 mg/L for rapid propagation, (3)MS NAA 0.2 mg/L or MS IBA 0.5 mg/L for rooting. Sinningia hybrida Hort. grew well in the good cultivation condition.
