SBS/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的研制

摘    要:分别采用溶液插层法和熔融插层法制备苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物/蒙脱土纳米复合材料.采用X射线衍射和红外光谱仪对材料的结构进行表征,并对产品的力学性能和耐热性能进行分析.结果表明,添加有机蒙脱土(OMMT)对于所有复合材料均产生增强效果,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率增加50%左右,耐热性能有所增强.

Abstract:Styrene-butadiene-styrene/montmorillonite(SBS/MMT) nanocomposites were prepared by solution inter-calation and melt intercalation methods,respectively.The structure of the nanocomposites was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectrum.Mechanical property and thermal stability of the products were investigated.The results showed that the addition of OMMT had promotional effect on these composite materials.The tensile strength and breaking elongation of the nanocomposites were improved by about 50%.The thermal stability was also increased.
