| 摘 要： | 首先运用基于DEA的Malmquist生产率指数对中国内资工业部门生产率进行了测算,然后运用面板数据(panel data)模型方法,对1999-2003年外商直接投资对内资工业部门进行了初步分析,得出外商直接投资的两大作用渠道(技术水平的影响和产出的影响)均对内资工业部门产生正向显著的溢出效应.然而,在对东、中、西部地区的进一步研究中发现,外商直接投资的两大作用渠道在不同地区发挥不同的作用.

| Abstract: | The total factor productivity is measured by the malmquist productivity index based on the DEA.By using the techniques for panel data analysis,the paper researches on the spillover effects of FDI in China's industrial sectors from 1999 to 2003,the result is that two channels(technical channel and output channel) have noticeable spillover-effects on domestic industrial sectors.However,the research on Eastern China Central China and Western China shows that two channels of FDI exert different function in different region. |
