摘    要:报道了以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12O40/TiO2催化剂,对以肉桂酸和乙醇为原料合成肉桂酸乙酯的反应条件进行了研究。实验结果表明;TiSiW12O40/TiO2具有良好的催化活性,最佳反应条件为;醇酸物质的量比为9:1,催化剂的用量为反应物料总量的2.0%,反应时间3.0h,上述条件下,肉桂酸乙酯的产率为58.7%。

Abstract:The catalytic activities of TiSiW12O40/TiO2 in synthesizing ethyl cinnamate are reported. It has been demonstrated that TiSiW12O40/TiO2 is an excellent catalyst. Various factors concerned in this reaction have been investigated. The optimum conditions have been found, that is, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid is 9:1, the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants 2.0 %, the reaction temperature 75-85 ℃, and the reaction time 3.0 h. Under this condition, the yield of ethyl cinnamate is 58.7 %.
