基于事故树分析法的建筑施工安全评价研究

摘    要:以河南省光山县"12·19"模板支架坍塌事故为实例,运用事故树分析法剖析了该事故的致因及安全隐患导致事故发生的详细过程,根据分析结果提出了科学高效的预防措施.结果表明:导致建筑施工模板支架坍塌事故的可能性有48种,但只要能够采取3组最小径集中的任何一组去采取有针对性的预防措施,该事故就可避免.

Research on Safety Assessment of Construction Based on Fault Tree Analysis Method

Abstract:Taking Guangshan County of Henan province"12·19"formwork collapse accident as an example,the fault tree analysis method was used to analyze the causes of accidents and safety hazards in the process of the accident in details,the scientific and effective preventive measures were put forward according to the results of the analyses.The results showed that there were 48 possibilities to cause the construction formwork collapse accident,but as long as any group of the 3 groups taking the minimum path set took effective preventive measures,the accident can be avoided.
