有机胺改性膨润土对二氧化碳气体的吸附性能研究

摘    要:通过物理浸渍法利用有机胺(聚乙烯亚胺)对膨润土进行改性,然后利用X射线衍射、N2吸附脱附实验、元素分析等手段对膨润土改性前后材料的物理化学属性进行表征,最后考察了材料对CO2气体的吸附性能.结果表明,利用有机胺对膨润土进行改性后,材料对CO2气体的吸附量明显增加(从6 mg/g增至47 mg/g),且在循环使用中材料的稳定性良好.

Studies of Carbon Dioxide Capture by Organic Amine-Modified Bentonite

Abstract:Bentonite was modified by an organic amine( polyethylenimine) through a physical impregnation method. Physical and chemical properties of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD),N2adsorption-desorption measurement,and elemental analysis. CO2adsorption performances of samples were finally investigated. It was demonstrated that CO2adsorption capacity of bentonite was significantly improved after amine modification from 6 mg /g to 47 mg /g. Furthermore,the amine-modified bentonite was very stable in the cyclic CO2adsorption-desorption experiments.
