| 摘 要： | 分析洪灾对梧州市社会发展的影响，指出由于该市洪水的不可避免性，为了给社会经济可持续 与吸引外资创造一个安全稳定的环境，梧州市应该尽快修建完善河东西两区防护工程，继续完善非工程防洪措施，建立高级洪水管理系统。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the flood effects on the development of the society and economy in Wuzhou city of Guangxi,points out that because the flood is inevitable,it is necessary to create a safety and steady environment for the sustainable development of the society and economy and draw of the foreigh capital,should construct an engineering system to prevent the flood as soon as possible,continue to perfect the non engineering measures,set up a hign system to control the flood. |
