南宁市脑卒中疾病死亡与气象要素的关系

摘    要:收集南宁市1991~2003年年脑卒中死亡病例资料及同期气象要素资料.统计分析南宁市脑卒中死亡的时间、季节及月份变化,性别和年龄分布,及其与气象要索的关系,结果表明,南宁市脑卒中死亡人数以冬季最多,男女各年龄段死于脑卒中总人数比约为1.5:1。南宁市脑出血死亡人数与气温为负相关(r=-0.1832),与气压为正相关(r=0.1575)。南宁市脑梗塞死亡人数与风速、相对湿度正相关(r=0.2984,0.2669).与气压负相关(r=-0.1824);变压对脑出血和脑梗死的死亡均有影响.变温仅对脑梗死的死亡有影响。

Abstract:The report analyzes death number of brain apoplexy and its relationship with weather,including current of death number from brain apoplexy, difference in different seasons and different month,sexual difference and its weather influencing factors.Then it concludes that it has the most number of brain apoplexy death in winter than that of any other seasons.Number of male brain apoplexy death is one half more than that of female.Number of brain bleeding death is negative correlative with temperature and positive correlative with air pressure (related coefficient of the former is -0.1832 while the latter is 0.1575).Number of brain block death is positive correlative with wind speed and humidity (related coefficient of the former is 0.2984 while the latter is 0.2669),but is negative to air pressure whose related coefficient is -0.1824.Change of air pressure is correlative to both brain bleeding death and brain block death,while change of air temperature is correlative to brain block death.
