胎儿超声心动图是产前诊断胎儿心脏血管异常必不可少的无创影像学方法。通常超声检查胎儿心脏是在孕18-22周。目前,我国超声心动图多应用于含高危因素孕妇的检查,不仅可以用于产前诊断胎儿先天性心血管畸形和心律失常等疾病,还可以对心律失常和主动脉狭窄的胎儿给予适当的治疗,对降低胎儿出生后疾病及减少死亡率都具有重要意义。
