| 摘 要： | 利用3层并行分布式人工神经网络连接模型和BP网络算法，以市场前景、资源、原燃料、动力供应、工艺、筹资、布局安全等为预测因子，建立建设项目BP网络风险预测模型，设计建设项目风险预测系统。该系统包括数据管理、模型管理、知识管理和模式转换4个典型组件。该系统实际预测建设项目的很好和失败两种情况时，具有良好的预测效果。
